Terms of Service – Felloria

1. Payment Methods (Domestic):
We accept the following payment methods within Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa and JazzCash
  • Debit, Credit, and Visa/MasterCard

3. Order Placement:
Customers can place their orders directly on our website or via our Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

4. Made-to-Order Products:

  • Our made-to-order items require a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to be crafted.
  • Payment for all pre-ordered products is required in advance.

6. Customer Support:
For complaints, suggestions, or queries, please reach out to us via:

  • Facebook Page
  • Instagram
  • Email
  • WhatsApp or Phone Call

7. Delivery Schedule:
Our delivery riders follow set routes rather than specific timings. We request your cooperation regarding delivery timing.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products:

  • If any product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Felloria will take responsibility for replacement.
  • Customers must return the product using Pakistan Post to Felloria's address (provided below).

9. Exchange Requests:
For exchanges such as size adjustments or design changes, customers are required to pay a delivery fee of PKR 300.

10. Order Cancellation and Changes:

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of submission.
  • After 2 hours, no changes or cancellations will be entertained, and customers are expected to receive their orders.

11. Accurate Address Requirement:

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the house number, block, street, or a nearby landmark.
  • Orders with incomplete or unclear addresses will be automatically canceled.

12. Refund and Return Policy:
Felloria follows a strict no-refund and no-return policy.

13. Sale and Clearance Items:
Items purchased during a sale or clearance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

15. Exchange Period:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 to 5 days after receiving the original parcel.
