Refund and Exchange Policy – Felloria

At Felloria, we take immense pride in offering premium-quality women's hand rings and jewelry while ensuring exceptional customer service. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience and full satisfaction with every purchase.


Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
  • The request for exchange is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Note: Customized or made-to-order items are non-exchangeable.


Made-to-Order Products

  • Our made-to-order items require 2 to 3 weeks for production, as these are crafted specifically for you.
  • Full payment is required in advance for these pre-order products.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If the received product is damaged, faulty, or differs from what was ordered, Felloria will take full responsibility for replacing the item.


Exchange Requests

For exchanges involving changes in design, size (e.g., bangle size), or style:

  • Customers will be charged a delivery fee of PKR 350.
  • We highly recommend checking the product description and size guide carefully before placing an order to avoid such inconveniences.

Order Cancellation and Changes

  • Customers can cancel or modify their order within 2 hours of submission.
  • After this timeframe, no cancellation or alteration requests will be accommodated.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is made, the customer is expected to receive it.

Providing Accurate Address

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and detailed address, including house number, street, block, or a nearby landmark, to guarantee prompt delivery.
  • Orders with incomplete or unclear addresses may be cancelled without notice.

Refund and Return Policy

Felloria follows a strict no-refund and no-return policy. We urge customers to thoroughly review the product details and size guides before finalizing their orders to prevent any issues.
